Asetek La Prima™ GT Button Box

The Asetek La Prima™ GT Button Box is the heart of a GT wheel that grows with your driving style. Instead of a fixed rim, you fit the rim that suits the racing series – round for GT, D-shaped for touring cars or the large 340 mm dished rim for rally and drifting. The button box stays, the rim changes.

One wheel for every discipline

Swapping the rim takes just a few minutes and only needs the supplied Allen key. Race GT3 with a leather rim on Saturday and rally with the suede dished rim on Sunday, without having to buy a second wheel. All Asetek rims for the La Prima™ and Forte® button boxes fit without an adapter.

84 inputs within easy reach

Eight push buttons, two 7-way switches, three 12-position rotary encoders and two thumb encoders are placed so you can reach them while driving without changing your grip. Every control can be freely assigned, whether it is DRS, brake bias, traction control, pit limiter or windscreen wipers. On top of that, two contactless magnetic shifter paddles ensure precise gear changes.

Stiff where it matters

The chassis is made from an injection-moulded, carbon fibre reinforced composite with an aluminium front face. A metal spider connects button box and rim, so nothing gives way even after many rim swaps. Force feedback reaches your hands without loss.

Quick release without cables

Power and data run directly through the Asetek quick release – no cables, batteries or wireless signals. The button box fits all Asetek wheelbases, from the Initium to the La Prima™ and the Invicta™. You configure the 15 aRGB rev lights and all assignments in the Asetek RaceHub™ software.

Two colours

The Orange version adds a clear accent to your cockpit, while the Black version suits a more understated setup. Technically, both versions are identical.
