How much are the shipping costs?
Depending on weight and country, shipping costs for packages up to 20 kg vary between 6 and 20 euros (excluding VAT). The exact shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart before payment.
When will orders be shipped?
Orders are usually dispatched the next business day.
How long is the warranty?
- Asetek products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
- BavarianSIMTec products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee and, of course, a 2-year warranty.
- VRS products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
Is it possible to pick up the order?
Yes, orders can be picked up at our office (see address below) by appointment .
