Formula/GT Hybrid Racing Simulator Seat - Alpine F1 Engineered Design

The Trak Racer Formula/GT Hybrid Sim Racing Seat is the result of an exclusive collaboration between Trak Racer and the professional race engineers of the Alpine F1 Team. This revolutionary bucket seat was developed to bridge the gap between two completely different motorsport disciplines. It offers sim racers the opportunity to train in both an upright GT position and a reclined, aggressive Formula 1 position with just one seat.

Two Disciplines, One Seat

The hybrid design of this seat is a technical masterpiece. The ergonomics and angle of the backrest have been precisely calculated to authentically simulate both driving positions in combination with an adjustable Cockpit. For formula racing, you adopt a reclined position with elevated legs to experience the typical "single-seater" feeling. For GT, rally, or touring car racing, the seat is positioned more upright. This eliminates the costly purchase of a second seat when switching racing classes.

Uncompromising Stability Thanks to Fiberglass Shell

To withstand the massive forces of load-cell pedals and the strongest direct-drive wheelbases (over 30 Nm), the seat shell is made of high-strength, precision-molded fiberglass (FRP). This "Zero-Flex" construction ensures that no braking force is lost due to seat flex. The design was tested and recommended by Alpine F1 Academy drivers like Esteban Ocon and Victor Martins for off-season training.

Customizable Endurance Comfort

The seat is designed for extended endurance races and offers a generous fit that adapts to different body shapes (up to 55 inches waist circumference). The heart of the comfort is the customizable padding system: The injection-molded foam cushions, decorated with diamond stitching, can be individually arranged or removed thanks to the Velcro system. The headrest can also be precisely adjusted to your body height.

Scope of delivery & compatibility

The hybrid seat is delivered without side brackets (Seat Brackets). It is universally usable and compatible with most common sim racing cockpits from Trak Racer (e.g., TR40, TR80, TR120, TR160, TR8 PRO, TRX) as well as with aluminum profile rigs from numerous other manufacturers that support standard side mounts.
